El Oasis—comes from a women-owned farm in Colombia. Luz Mila Gonzalez owns the farm, El Oasis, located in the Gaitania area of central Colombia. She operates the 9 hectare farm with her three children, and they all work very hard to bring us these beans.
Their farm is tucked away in a mountainous region, several hours from the nearest city. This region has beautiful landscape with its steep sharp mountain peaks. Views of the snow-capped volcano, Nevado del Huila, can be seen in the distance.
This is a very balanced and delicious cup of coffee.
